#PSBENCHPRESS PROGRESSION.

This is a 6 month differance, I'm still not a huge fan of the flat barbell benchpress, but I will include it once a month IF I have a spotter. Getting stronger on bench is possible, it just takes a little more hardwork and persistence. Most people make the mistake of dismissing a certain exercise if it causes them bother, take the time to do some research and tweak your form a little. Mine isn't perfect,but over time it has improved. STICK WITH IT.
